Before working as a massage therapist, Nick trained and performed as a contemporary dancer for 15 years. That background continues to inform how he observes movement, listens to your goals and adapts each appointment.

Your first appointment
Nick begins by discussing why you are seeking treatment, your relevant health history and what you want from the appointment.
He may use movement tests to understand the main area and related regions before agreeing the treatment plan. The consultation is allowed for outside the 60-minute treatment time, so your first visit is not rushed.

A 45-minute appointment is best for one focused area. Sixty minutes suits a first visit or one or more related areas. Ninety minutes allows time for several areas, whole-body treatment or more complex requirements.
No. The intention is to reduce discomfort, not create unnecessary pain. Pressure and techniques are discussed with you and can be changed at any time during the treatment.
Nick is trained in dry needling and medical acupuncture. These are optional techniques and are only considered when appropriate, after suitability has been discussed and you have given informed consent.
